Partition Magic Error 2103 Hard Disk Partition...?

Hard disk partition...? - partition magic error 2103

I use Partition Magic 8.0 and when I try to create a new partition on my hard drive, I get is (an error message output 2103), the disc can not be allocated to the requested size. There is enough space (more than enough) and I tried to do as a reader FAT32 and NTFS partition without success. But I can change the space from one partition to another.
Does anyone have any ideas for me? I want to create another destination to complement the existing two.

The problem seems a bit like the total size of the area - if you have two partitions, for example, less than 20 concerts, but on the whole is divided into two halves, unfortunately, can be eliminated or at least a resize partitions to make room for a third party partition added that attempts to create? Not sure if this is your answer or not, but it looks like the limited information that has been offered? Good luck!

First reduction in the size of a partition of free space and use the freed space to create a new partition. The spirit of being with the drive letter of caution, you may lose the division of a single misstep. Be careful ... bye ... Good luck

Try to get two partitions and make one half or one-half the size of the effort to do with the error partition and see if you can do that, whether you know the problem size, remember that you are not from can use the size of a disk, there is no fee to use the FAT and NTFS are involved, the reader must be room for the File Manager user with a hard drive 120 gig will not lose 118 concerts and concert series from 2 to NTFS and so on.
