I pierced my nose about a month ago and healed well. Some days I had a blow on his side that resembles a white head. I did't want to be, acne solution, because it close to my piercing. I have also heard that it might scar. What should I do?

Sounds like tissues, a keilod might be frightened. What I recommend is to try to get an aspirin and make a paste and it should then start the whole night and in a few days to disappear. I did this with many of my cartilage piercings. (Nose is cartilage) My piercer recommended it to me, and I swear it. Give it a shot, good luck = D
